Best for: Companies with clear, measurable growth metrics and internal execution capacity. Works best when you can isolate the variable we're optimizing ideally post product-market fit.

Equity Partnership

For early-stage bets worth building alongside not just advising on.

A long-term engagement model for pre-seed or seed-stage startups where cash is limited but the opportunity is real. We take a meaningful equity stake in exchange for a significantly reduced monthly fee, and we are commit to the company's growth as if it were my own. This is not advisory work it's operational growth partnership at the earliest stage.

Best for: Pre-seed or seed founders who've validated the problem but haven't built a repeatable growth system yet. We take a maximum of 2 equity partnerships per year.
