In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or any engagement, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice of the dispute. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Delaware, United States. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Both parties waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration in connection with any dispute arising under these Terms.
14. AMENDMENTS & SEVERABILITY
Groowguys reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site or any ongoing service engagement after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For active service clients, material changes that affect ongoing engagements will be communicated via email with a minimum of 14 days' notice before taking effect.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
